In July 2020 I will be attempting to cycle from London to Paris In four days to support Action Medical Research. AMR is the leading UK-wide charity saving and changing children’s lives through medical research.  Having been introduced to this amazing cause and some of the children and families it has assisted, I was compelled to challenge myself to help.  Given my (un)fitness is legendary, cycling over 300 miles is certainly pushing my personal boundaries, so I’d be delighted with any donation however large or small, it will make every mile that little bit easier.
