Thank you for considering giving me some of your hard earned money (or illegally embezlled - it's all the same and I won't tell anyone).
The Disabilities Trust are a brilliant organisation which provide direct care and advocacy, education and information for people with learning difficulties and disabilities.

I chose to run the Brighton again because I loved it the first time. The last 8 miles were the most excruciating of my life (sheer lack of training) and having given myself only 3 months to prepare I am going to give it my all!
I'd love it if you donated some cash, did some running with me (really!) or even headed down to Brighton for a post run PINT! The choice is yours :) Go on. Go on. Go on.
As you've made it this far here is the link to the charity I work for - they do similar things for young people with learning difficulties and disabilities. Our wildlife garden (with bee hives) are open to the public so you're always welcome to pop in for tea - www.rootsandshoots.org.uk
Thank you for your support. It is very much appreciated.
