As a Trustee of the James Milner Foundation and James' friend and representative, I felt that I needed to embrace an unlikely challenge to help support the Charity and its benefactors.

The JMF raises funds for three national charities: the NSPCC, Help For Heroes and Bloodwise as well as regional sporting initiatives.

I appreciate everybody gets lots of requests for donations but anything you can do to support the causes is greatly appreciated.
