I am taking part in Heal's biggest ever fundraising event, a bike ride from Hyderabad to Heal's Children's Village in Andhra Pradesh in India.  I'll be cycling about 220 miles in hot temperatures and over rough terrain, and as I am not the fittest bloke around, this is a real challenge for me, so please be generous with your sponsorship.
