I've never been much of a runner, and only took up running during lockdown because it was one of the few forms of exercise that was allowed. Since February this year, I've managed to go running roughly once a week, and thought that if I entered for the Liverpool half-marathon, it would help me keep it up and have something to aim for, whilst raising money for a great cause at the same time. I've never done anything like this before, but am ready to give it my best shot!

I know I've left the fundraising side of things a little late, but if you could help me raise my target of £250 to support Claire House Children's Hospice over the next week, that would be amazing, and a make a real difference to some seriously and terminally ill children and their families.
