Last September Matthew was diagnosed with primary progressive multiple sclerosis. We were all shocked by the news but Matthew has kept his head up and is looking for a new challenge...

He likes to get out and about; having lived in Paris and New Zealand for 7 years apiece. On his long journey back home in 2015, he trekked 18,000ft to Everest Base Camp which makes this latest quest quite apt. 

From the world's highest peak to the UK's, Matthew's Munro Madcappers (named after his favourite Syd Barrett LP) will be bagging The Ben across a late night and early morning to raise money for this lifelong debilitating condition that affects a much higher percentage of Scots than in the rest of the UK.
