I am running the 10km BUPA Great Wales Run on the 27th July this year, and then the BUPA Great South Run on October 27th. Although these may not sound like a huge distances, any of you that know me will know that for me, this is a big deal. Not only is it a case of completing the race, but I also want to complete it in under an hour. I am running 3 times a week at the moment for training.

I wanted to support Macmillan Cancer Support as I know about the great work they carry out through experiences of family members and talking friends about their experiences with the help and support the charity provides during really difficult times; they really do great work, so please help out with sponsorship!
