In December 2023, my wife Becs was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease as many of you know. She continues to battle her illness every day with amazing fortitude and we have been on a tough journey together as a family, with many hospital trips and drug trials. We have been fortunate to have fantastic friends and family to support us in so many ways and also the MND Association.MNDA provide financial, emotional and practical support to anyone with this devastating illness and I will be taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise funds for them.
