Planning on completing a number of challenges thought 2022 to raise awareness and money for Cancer Research UK in memory of my mother Angela Scott and to help anybody who has ever been affected by this disease. Ever challenge will have a theme give food for thought. Lets do this :)

January Challenge - ZEROFIVE100
I am going to attempt to complete 100,000m on a Concept 2 Rowing Machine, over 5 days with ZERO calories. This is my take on an experiment I saw some time ago and always wanted to try it out. . I would highly not recommend this and I am not sure how it will go but the following themes are worth looking into if you aren't already doing it:
FASTING - Look it up, so many health benefits and it just makes sense as would have been a massive part of our lives as we evolved. Start slow, do some research and consult your doctor if unsure, also make sure nutrition in between fasts is spot on. There are many versions and I am sure you can find a version of fasting that will work for you.
Just do it - I have been thinking about doing this for ages and ideally I would have got conditioned on the rower, had perfect nutrition beforehand and reduced cabs prior to the event. But I have never managed to find the perfect time to go for it so I have decided to just jump in and see what happens.
