Story
3 Years ago a young man called Matt Lammas, became very ill through a heart condition, his last wish was to go home for Christmas - this could only be done with the British Heart Foundation nurses. Very luckly he had a heart transplant soon after the Christmas, and since then had worked hard to promote the BHF.
Very very sadly Matt died through his heart condition this September aged 23, I had attended his Engagement party just 2 weeks before.
In the past I have taken part in this event to Thank the BHF for helping him and others, but this year it is in Memory of Matt, both my sons and friends and family are taking part with me.
