This year I am supporting the Alzheimer's Society as I have experienced first hand the impact this condition is having on a close relative.  I know from talking to friends and colleagues that many are carers or have cared for relatives with dementia. 

Dementia is terminal and there is no cure.  Alzheimer's Society supports people to live well with dementia and funds research to find a cure.
