We are moving further, faster to help everyone affected by a brain tumour

Story

Many of my friends will know of my personal experience and treatment last year. It was a difficult year, but I got through with the support of family, friends, and the wonderful staff involved in my treatment at Salford Royal and the Christie Hospital. I've done really well, and have had a very positive outcome.

I didn't know very much at all about brain tumours previously, and decided to do this walk as a way of giving something back and raising awareness of this charity. Research into brain tumours and treatment is underfunded, meaning there are still a lot of unknowns in this area, so any funding raised will be hugely appreciated and will help to make a real difference.

The Brain Tumour Charity is the world's leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally. They are committed to saving and improving lives and helping those affected by a brain tumour. They are pressing forward to find new treatments and offering the highest level of support to those affected.

Thank you so much for your support.
