As you know I am a fat man not prone to prolonged bouts of exercise but this great cause is so close to my heart I'm willing to cycle out of my comfort zone to help raise money for Camp Kef.

Camp Kef provides out of school activities and residential camps for special needs children across the country. Your money will allow them to continue to put smiles on the faces of so many children and provide much needed respite for their parents.
