The Wildlife and Environmental Society of Malawi has been looking after Malawi's wildlife and environment since 1947. With tens of thousands of members in school and community wildlife clubs in 9 branches across the country, it runs many projects and campaigns helping to people live their lives sustainably, in harmony with nature.
WESM has joined with other charities across Malawi to support government in its law banning thin plastics and to fight business who wants to keep producing it, causing damage to wildlife and the environment.
