Story

Thanks for your support with my London Marathon JustGiving challenge! Helen & Douglas House supports terminally ill children and their families so that they don't have to face unimaginable heartbreak alone. To keep providing the care and love these families depend on, the charity need to find over £3.4 million a year.

I've had the great pleasure of visiting the site a number of times during my childhood whilst my mum worked there as a Care Team member. The charity has been under increasing pressure over the last few years and I want to give back in a small way possible. Having found a passion for running over the past couple of years I want to not take my ability to move, run, and exercise for granted and push myself in order for a great cause.

I completed my first marathon in April 2022, I'm hoping to train harder and better my current PB of 3:28 at the London Marathon.
