This May I have decided to take on the 10k Tough Mudder Challenge to raise money for Dementia UK💪🏼 As some of you may know my nan (aka GymNan) suffers with Dementia and she means the world to me🌎

After my grandad passed we have all had the challenge to look after my Nan. We have a very special bond and I cherish every moment with her❤️ Wether we are making crazy TikToks or just going out on a coffee date☕️ Everytime she sees me I know it makes her day and I love to see her smile!
