For those of you who know me this is going to be very difficult. It isn't often you can walk past my desk at work with a wrapper of chocolate, sweets, crisps or even cake on my desk. 

Aside from the obvious health benefits i'm raising money for an incredible charity. The Amoria Bond charitable trust supports all sorts of projects in the UK and abroad. This Christmas they will be helping the local charity N-gage who help youngsters from troubled backgrounds.

I will be doing this CHALLANGE from now (17/11) until Christmas eve!
