You may or may not know that our beautiful daughter who is now a lovely chatty 5 year old was born at 35 weeks weighing just 2lb 15 3/4 oz. She was in special care at Whiston for nearly 4 weeks and whilst there we were offered support and really useful information from Bliss.

We were one of the lucky ones, some are not that lucky.  I go out with the Isabella Rose Foundation Running Club twice a week (when I can fit it in), the foundation was formed in memory of Isabella Rose Parr who wasn't as fortunate as Ava and was born sleeping. The foundation supports Bliss, Tommy's and Whiston Hospital and really is a great cause.

We all lead just lives but if you have 2 minutes to make a donation, no matter how small it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you x
