It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with the deadliest common cancer die within three months. That’s why they need and deserve more. More research, more funding, more breakthroughs. More than hope. Together we’ll make that possible.

Story

Julian passed away on December 30th 2012 at the age of just 43 - and the gap he left behind has affected so many people who were so close to him. He helped so many people during his life, as well as pioneering support for Pancreatic Cancer UK in his last few months.

To commemorate his life, I hosted an annual Golf Society Day with the aim of raising £43,000 for this fantastic charity - equating to £1,000 for every year of Julian's life - to assist them in their quest to make terminally ill patients and cancer sufferers as comfortable as possible throughout their ordeal.

In 2025, the total raised reached £45,506 - and my sincere thanks goes out to everyone who attended and contributed towards the success of the event.

At the time of closing, The Julian Williamson Memorial event was the #1 golf fundraiser and a Top 15 overall fundraiser for Pancreatic Cancer UK - something by my family and I are extremely proud of.

RIP Jools, gone but never forgotten #ForJools
