We are fundraising throughout 2021 for North West Cancer Research, an independent charity dedicated to putting our region's cancer needs first. It focusses on the types of cancer that affect people living across North West England and North Wales the most, funding pioneering research to tackle the cause, improve the care and find the cure for cancer. 

Specifically, we are we are raising money for a project to help with the diagnosis of prostate cancer -- the most common male cancer in the North West. We are looking to fund a year's worth of laboratory costs for research into a new diagnostic process.  We are making great progress with our target but we aren't there yet!
