One of the team we're fundraising with had his two sons swept away by an avalanche in April this year  if it had not been for mountain rescue, one or both of them may have come to serious harm but thankfully they both survived the ordeal   This underlines the importance of the work Mountain Rescue do and “how invaluable it is to all who enjoy the beauty and challenges of nature”
