Homeless Project Scotland, one of our two nominated charities for this year, are a Homeless Charity in Scotland founded in October 2019. They achieved charitable status in June 2020. They are a non-profit organisation operated by a Board of Trustees in order to help the homeless and vulnerable in Scotland. Their purpose is to feed and provide support to homeless and vulnerable people. They also act as a trusted voice for the homeless. They aim to be effective, efficient, independent and trustworthy and their approach is to listen, learn, act and then speak.

About McCrea: 

McCrea Financial Services have been providing professional financial planning advice and assistance to individuals, businesses and charities since they were formed in 1999 by Managing Director, Douglas McCrea.

Based in Glasgow, but serving the whole of the UK, as well as clients abroad, McCrea pride themselves on providing a professional and friendly financial planning service.

As part of a commitment to the city where it all started, McCrea Financial Services are sponsors of a number of Glasgow based sporting teams including Glasgow Warriors and Partick Thistle, and work very hard to provide charitable support with over £600,000 now donated to our nominated charities over the years. 

Last year we were able to raise just around £30,000 for Guide Dogs Scotland with events and initiatives such as our Annual Charity Golf Day, Douglas McCrea's Annual Charity Walk, and various other fundraisers as participated in by the McCrea team.
