Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The Moab 240 is a 240 mile cross country endurance run which begins and ends in Moab, Utah. Covering terrain consisting of desert, canyons and two mountain ranges, all flanked by the Colorado River. The Moab is a non stop event which finishes after 113 hours with short stops in between to recuperate.

For further information please visit the Moab 240 website www.destinationtrailrun.com.

The Snowdrop Trust is a unique charity providing 'Nursing Care at Home' for local children who have a life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses.

Nurses administer medication and perform various procedures when the Snowdrop child is at home. They give medical advice, teach parents how to manage their child's medicines and treatments.

The charity helps in any way that can relieve parents of the extra financial problems that occur when a child has a life threatening or terminal illness e.g. household equipment and bills, travelling expenses to hospital and so much more.

The work and support for the families is vital which is why I’m running the Moab 240, a race not many attempt. The children and the parents need help so please support me in my attempt to get around the 240 miles ahead of me in the Utah Desert.
