Morecambe Mcdonald's are taking the challenge to climb the highest mountain in England, 978 metres above sea level estimated around a 5-7 hour hike! All in aid of helping to raise money for Ronald Mcdonald's House Charities. 

The charity proved a 'home away from home', free accommodation at specialist children's hospitals across the UK, enabling families to stay close to their child and maintain a degree of normal family life, providing families a warm and welcoming environment within which they can stay for as long as they need. 

£25 pays for just one night's accommodation for a family in one of the many houses which could in turn help a child feel a little more comfortable being surrounded by family and love, whilst fighting through such difficult circumstances. 2016 donations helped accommodate over 7,000 families and with more donations they can expand and build more houses across the UK!
