WHAT A DAY!!

What a surprise to have Sarah running with us. That was an incredibly tough run and I was delighted to finish it at pace and with a smile on my face. Thank you to the team at Tenovus for their hospitality before and after the run. 

It is by far the hardest thing I have ever done. 

Thanks to Mike for coaching me, so I was still able to use stairs on the same day!!

Mike and I had a practice run in mid June, I have had a lot of focussed training since then. Croft Hill, Bradgate Park, Outwoods.. 
I have chosen to raise funds for Tenovus which is a Welsh Cancer Charity, please read more about the amazing things they do, in an area of the country that we are very fond of.
