I'm taking part in the 2022 West London Tough Mudder and fundraising for a very worthy cause: Save the Children, a charity whose mission is to support children in the UK and abroad to transform their lives and ensure that they are safe, healthy and in education.

Save the Children have helped 45 million children in over 100 countries. Right now, with the war in Ukraine, they need more than ever support and donations 

• to deliver clothing, footwear, hygiene items, toys and books to children that have fled to Poland
• Providing cash and vouchers assistance to families to meet basic needs like food, rent and medicines
• Supporting unregistered and unaccompanied children through rapid registration and family tracing, to help prevent separation
