As a center and part of the community of Tavistock we have all had an emotional and difficult year for various different reasons. 

This can lead to feeling down and having negative thoughts about your job, your friends and family also yourself. 

We have decided to fund raise for Samaritans to raise awareness of the amazing work they do, by scaling the mammoth size of Everest within the center.

Samaritans are an amazing Charity who can help you through tough times even when you feel like there is no one to turn too. They provide emotional support, You don't have to go through the tough times alone, someone will always be there to help you. 

Whether its Samaritans, family, friends or colleagues please don't suffer in silence, You are NOT alone.
