Story
In loving memory of my late husband, I ran the Flora London Marathon on 26th April 2009

Thank you for visting this fundraising page set up in memory of my late husband Mahesh Rambhai Patel.
Mahesh tragically passed away on the 11th June 2007 from a massive heart attack, while playing golf, the game he loved playing.
Our family, friends and countless others miss him deeply, and he has left a big gap in our lives.
He was kind, giving, and selfless. His all round knowledge, wisdom and caring nature drew people to him, of all ages and from all walks of life; who he never failed to make time for. He helped and encouraged so many to follow their dreams, whatever they may have been.
He was funny, creative and he initiated numerous fundraising and supportive events.
Mahesh was such an inspiration to us all. Your support for me running the Flora London Marathon 2009 in memory of him has meant a lot.
If his condition was detected earlier, perhaps it would have made a difference, and he would still be here with us.
