As humans continue to intrude into animal habitats we not only disrupt the natural flow of wild life health, we are at fault for their journey towards extinction. In May I will be traveling to the island of Jersey
off the coast of  England ( joining forces with Superman himself Mr. Henry Cavill ) To help bring more awareness to the importance of wildlife conservation by participating in this Durrell Challenge 13k Run.

Through social media and their ambassadors I became aware of the Durrell Wildlife Conservation efforts and the positive impact Durrell’s Global Conservation program continues to have on saving the most threatened species in the most threatened places around the world.  Helping to protect the LowLand Gorrilla from the Brush Meat trade, the Chilean Flamingo's vanishing habitats around the world, as well as restoring Madagascar's different Lemur species are a few of the important missions the Durrell Wildlife Park & Conservation has taken on.
