I'm going on a trek! Gah! 

As you all know, I am a top fitness influencer and this will be a walk in the park for me. Jk, I am genuinely scared 😬 but I'm taking on the challenge to raise money for an AMAZING cause: Coppafeel's life-saving work spreading awareness amongst young people on how to detect breast cancer early.

I'm going to be a Team Captain on this 100km trek along the Pembrokeshire coastline, keeping spirits high and sharing as much as I can on social media as we go (@meganjaynecrabbe).
