I have set myself the challenge to walk 100 miles in the month of November with my dog Xena, the staffordshire bull terrier. I will record my progress via strava and give regular pupdates! 🙈🐕🐶 

If we walk more than 100 miles that will be even better but 100 is the goal. I would love to try and raise some money for Cancer Research Wales as my Dad passed away when I was few years old from a rare form of cancer. He was just 30 years of age when he died in 1999. Before he passed away he set up up Penny Farthing Appeal raising fund's for Cancer Research Wales. My Mum was also diagnosed with breast cancer about 7 years ago but was treated at Velindre centre and luckily all clear now. 

Cancer Research Wales is a charity close to my heart and I have been inspired by family members and their fundraising efforts over the years and I would like to try to do more myself.

Cancer is so common now almost everyone will know someone that has been affected by it. I would appreciate any donation to this page even if it is as little as £1.  Even just a share of this page to get the word around would be amazing. Thank you for reading.
