If you'll all remember, last year I completed Sober October in aid of MS.

This year I'll be completing the month raising donations for PAPYRUS. As many of you know, earlier in the year we lost Jack, one of the kindest souls I've ever had the pleasure of calling my friend. 

Suicide is one of the biggest killers of young people. Any donation you're able to make could contribute to the support needed to save somebody's life 💙
