After 3 children in 4 years, this is a big deal! Any money is greatly appreciated and will be put to good use!! 

In 2019, my husband began The Parish Trust with a vision to serve our local community where he serves a the Vicar. When the very first lockdown hit us in March 2020, they opened a food bank and began to deliver food to families in need. Since then, the charity has grown to deliver an abundance of community projects: a lunch club, a toddler group, a knitting group, games club, community choir, bereavement support… Most recently, we’ve put together a Summer of Fun aimed at giving children, young people and their families a safe place to enjoy lots of fun activities for free. 

All the activities, clubs, groups and food bank run by the charity are completely reliant on grants and donations; so, the money raised here will help to pay for the continued work of these things. Like everyone else, we are seeing an increase in our costs - electricity needed to run the fridges, gas to run the boiler for heating in the winter, petrol to run the delivery van, money to pay the staff a living wage….
