On 21st July 2019, I will be participating in "Run Norwich" in memory of my beautiful mum. 

As most people will not know, my mum lost her courageous 5 year long battle to the awful disease that is cancer in September 2017. 

Throughout my mums final years, Priscilla Bacon Lodge were a huge support to my mum and our family, with daily home visits to help with my mums personal needs, providing equipment, somewhere for her to stay when she needed to be closely mointored by doctors, and someone for my mum to talk to ensure everything was in place for her final days. 

This a charity very close to my heart and all the money donated will really help other cancer patients be in the best hands when they need it. 

Raising money for this charity will also enable them to buy more equipment, and to ensure The Community Specialist Palliative Care Team stay funded, this is vitial, as most cancer patients will know, sometimes it really is just not possible to get out of bed and professionals are needed to lend a hand.  

Priscilla Bacon Lodge is a local Norwich charity that my mum really needed in her time of struggle and without all their help my mums battle would have been very different.
