So I will be paragliding/ parapente on Saturday 25th May at 1pm over the beautiful Lake Annecy.

I have never done anything like this in my life, I am a wuss not an adrenaline junky!!!!

Alzheimers has affected close family and friends, it is devastating watching loved ones fade and forget you.

In 1997 my Mum aged only 66 years young was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s - I was just 28. I got married 3 years later, by then my Mum didn’t know me - devastated just doesn’t cut it.

In their 80’s, my Dad suffered with vascular dementia, my Mother in Law and my husband's Uncle, both dementia. Now my Uncle and my sister's Mother in Law have dementia too - all these people are very dear to me.
