Help bring hope
I was diagnosed with Glioblastoma in December 2023.
Over a 3 month period I had some random seizures, I never thought it would be brain cancer but after a few uncertain Brain scans I was told it looked like I had a brain Tumor & likely Glioblastoma.
I very quickly had brain surgery followed by 6 weeks of radiotherapy & then 6 months of chemotherapy.
I get regular brain scans and I am taking this life one day at a time 🩷
I feel hopeful and scared all at the same time but all I know is that I feel very lucky to be here today.
One day at a time :)
I will be walking my 99 miles in November... :)
This November, push past the cold and take on 99 miles to help fund the fight against brain tumours.
Walk, jog, run, cycle, swim or even ride on horseback – however you choose to move, every mile matters. Complete the challenge your way, at your own pace, wherever and whenever suits you.
By joining the challenge, you’ll bring hope to the one in three people in the UK who knows someone affected by a brain tumour.
