Brighton Marathon 2019 · 14 April 2019 ·
I am running the Brighton marathon in memory of my friend Sydney’s grandad, Peter who sadly passed away in 2015 after a 2 and a half year battle against prostate cancer. The Isabel hospice not only helps the patients but also provides a support network for the families around them. It’s aim is to make terminally ill patients as comfortable as possible. The hard work and dedication of the Isabel hospice team is commendable and they are what makes the hospice as successful as it is today. Being a veterinary nurse I understand the importance of palliative care in the animal world and that comfort is key in the end of life stage.
With our help, the Isabel hospice will be able to help more families care for their loved ones at the end of their battle.
Thank you for your donations.

Isabel Hospice provides palliative support to the 270,000 people who live in eastern Hertfordshire.Hospice care is about helping people to live well for as long as possible and have a good death in the place of their choice when the time comes. Without your help, we could not make this possible for our patients and their families. Each year we care for around 1,400 patients and 700 family members. But we know there are even more people that need our help.
