I'm running the 2019 Cardiff University/Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October. As many of you know I have 3 adopted children. Before they became mine they had another life. Many children helped by the NSPCC find themselves in a life where they need help. This can be help to keep families together or help to cope with moving to new families or living in care homes. Obviously I am passionate about helping children, I have seen first hand the joy of watching children striving for and reaching their potential from places of great adversity.
