My friend (Joanna Loughborough) and I  decided to try and get alittle fitter so started the couch to 5k and then somehow this has now altered to a 10k. So many people said this has been such a big achievement for us and that weshould raise money at the same time.... so here I am. I am passionate about patient care and hope this will help - even in a small way so thanks in advance.
