COVID 19 is having a severe impact on many worthwhile causes so I wanted to do something to recognise and raise money for The Eve Appeal,  a charity that is close to my heart and is making a significant impact funding research and raising awareness into the five gynaecological cancers - womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vaginal.  We also operate an important information service - Ask Eve - which answers any questions and responds to any concerns that women or their loved ones have.  As you might imagine, during this crisis calls to the Ask Eve Service have rocketed while at the same time donations are plummeting.

So today I have completed 26km on my cross trainer, done 260 crunches and to round it off managed to complete a table tennis rally of more than 26 hits.  The high (or low!) lights have been captured on video.

I know there are many competing causes but I hope you might be able to make any donation as your contribution will be put to very good use.
