Even though I broke my leg in June 2010 I managed to take part in the Rock Clinic 5k run (or walk in may case) on 19 September  to raise money for the Rock - as it is our 20th anniversary.  I did however come last!

The charity supports those on low incomes who need access to affordable therapy .  Please continue to sponsor me or just donate!
