I am taking part in the Trek26 13 mile walk (Brecon Beacons) in September in memory of my loving Mum who passed away on the 17th May 2020 after battling Alzheimer's for the past 10 years.

We want to thank the Alzheimer's society, notably the Singing for the Brain team in Abergavenny, something which Edna had enjoyed every Monday up until the beginning of the lock-down. 

Any donations we as a family are incredibly grateful for and hope that one day a cure will be found.

Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice
