10k Memory Walk

Simmy Kaur is raising money for Douglas Macmillan Hospice
In memory of Sukhdev Kaur
Our Dougie Mac Memory Walk is a family-friendly series of sponsored walks suitable for all ages and abilities to come together to remember a loved one and raise much needed funds for your local adult hospice.

Story

There are many reasons to walk . . . in memory of loved ones or to support others who have lost someone or just because you'd like to support your local hospice, Dougie Mac.

On the 10th of July, my family experienced heartbreak like never before. I lost my beautiful and incredible Grandma to the savage disease known as cancer.

We are doing the Dougie Mac memory walk on the 23rd of October to raise money for the Hospice that became such a big part of our lives during my grandma's illness and to raise money for them to continue their amazing work is very close to our hearts.

My grandma was so grateful for the love and support she received and if we can help to raise funds and awareness for the Hospice, we'll do her proud!
