Back in the summer of 2019, Jayne began a fight she would eventually lose in December 2022. During those 3 1/2 years we had many good times, but also some very tough times, but we came across many wonderful people who helped make the fight a little bit easier.

In the final months, the Hospiscare team made a big difference and helped enable Jayne to be at home where she always wanted to be. Having seen and experienced the wonderful work they do makes me want to support them even more. Please help them continue their valuable work.
