Story
I joined the team at Sixty-One in September 2020 and help coordinate the MentorMe project. We provide people who have criminal convictions with mentoring support to live lives free from their past where they can achieve all they want to achieve.
I've had the privilege of seeing first hand how much of an impact this support has on the lives of individuals and count myself incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to do this as a job!
Sixty-One is a charity and relies on donations. We don't just want to reduce reoffending rates but we are passionate about enabling people to build meaningful lives free from crime. In supporting Sixty-One you will be enabling us to empower people to live lives that give back to and enrich, their communities. The money will go specifically to the MentorMe project which supporting people through mentoring.
I will be swimming 7 lengths of Clevedon Marine Lake, which equates to just over 1 mile (7x250m) on Thursday the 23rd of September. If you want to sponsor me do donate to this page and do drop me a message if you have any questions, and if you want more information on how to support us!
