Mae criw hyfryd o ni lêdis am redeg ras  5k Pretty Muddy yng Nghaerdydd ym mis Gorffennaf er budd Ymchwil Cancr Prydain- achos ma canser yn horibl a 'da ni isio esgus i fynd am ginio neis ac ambell botel o wîn heb deimlo'n euog!

A lovely group of us 'ladies' are attempting to run the 5k Pretty Muddy race in Cardiff during July to raise money for Cancer Research UK- because cancer is horrible and we also  want a good excuse for a guilt free luncheon and a bottle or two of wine!
