Together with my team we have in the past supported the Charity No To Dog Meat by giving donations to their fundraising events such as the West Highland Walk.  Since my personal training studio N4 Workout is now participating in a challenging sporting event we thought it would be nice to fundraise ourselves for this worthwhile cause.

We really believe that Dogs and Cats should never appear on any menu.  These animals are our friends and one does not betray one friends! Everything about eating dogs and cats is wrong. Humans do not eat canines or felines (lions, cat tigers, dogs or wolves).  Dogs and Cats have evolved with humans to live with us as companions, protectors, carers, entertainers, rescuers, work colleagues to name a few roles.

Help us raise money to stop the skinning and boiling of these poor creatures alive.   It is wrongly believed that the more torture the animal undergo before it finally dies, the better it is for the meat.  The torture these animals go through is atrocious and must be stopped.
