I'm taking part in the Santa Fun Run in December in aid of Woking & Sam Beare Hospices. 

3 years ago my Nan was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease, an incurable and terminal disease. We've had really fantastic support from Woking Hospice. 

The money raised will go towards continuing to support people who need support from the hospice.
