Metroline is an amazing event. The sheer ridiculousness is what makes it so amazing but we would like to do something important amidst all the drunkenness and hilarity. We’d like to raise a shit load of money for a really great charity. So we are asking you to donate a pint this year to the Make-A-Wish foundation.
As many of you will know, Make-A-Wish give seriously ill children an opportunity to forget about the hospital and have their wishes granted! The happiness this brings to the child and their family is immense and is a happy memory that they can always treasure.
So if everyone wearing scrubs on Wednesday donates £2.85 (the cost of our metaphorical pint) then we will raise a ton of money for what you hopefully believe to be a very worthy cause.
