The MGS webinar with Umberto Pasti was quite special. Umberto is a charismatic speaker and his telling of the making of the Garden of Rohuna brought us into contact with a uniquely beautiful garden. The project is one only a visionary individual, ardent plant lover and brave soul could embark upon. He not only has saved literally thousands of plants from early deaths in the road and building works of Northern Morocco but has also created work and livelihoods for an entire village community. Umberto now seeks to establish a foundation which will safeguard the future of the garden and the Rohuna residents.
